Our contemporary beach home "Casa da Praia" sits on a hill overlooking Copacabana and MacMasters Beach on the Central Coast of New South Wales, just a 90 minute drive from Sydney. Designed by an architect who camped out on the site for three days to get it right, Casa da Praia is a 4 minute walk from the beach. Best of all, it has full-on ocean views from every one of its three levels. Imagine waking up in the master bedroom and looking right out over the ocean (and you don't even need to lift your head from the pillow! )
Casa da Praia is designed for comfort and convenience, with master bedroom and ensuite on the top level;open-plan living/dining room, kitchen and study on the middle level; and second bedroom and sunroom on the lower level. There are two decks off the main living area (1 with BBQ) and a third deck off the the lower level.
Both bedrooms have queen beds, plus the mediaroom/sunroom can accommodate two children (teenagers even) on a 3. 5 metre long fully-cushioned window seat. There are two full bathrooms, one on each sleeping level (a spa bath/shower upstairs; shower downstairs) . Maximum occupancy - six people.
The house is well-equipped with modern appliances including a CD stereo system with Bose speakers and a 106cm plasma TV with a home theatre system and surround sound.
Volkswagon Polo (4 door manual) available for reciprocal car exchange subject to insurance checks.
