Our fully airconditioned home is situated in Seaforth, with views over Sydney harbour from the upstairs bedrooms and balcony. We are a five minute walk to the famous "Spit Bridge" and marina. The house has two levels, downstairs is the main bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom, large lounge and adjoining dining room. The lounge has a Bose sound system, huge LCD screen and DVD/ video player/ recorder. The kitched is large and modern with wine fridges, icemaker, cappachino machine, double oven and many other modern appliances. Included on this level, a laundry with commercial sized washer and gas dryer, seperate guest WC and a sunny study. Most rooms have access to a parterre style garden via large double doors.
