If you love the water, our home is perfect for a relaxed holiday. It is a modern, architect designed home directly on a beautiful, safe lake and a 10min car or boat ride from 5 spectacular surf beaches.
It is a 2 storey home with an open plan living area and huge glass doors that open up to a deck overlooking Smiths Lake. The ground floor has underfloor heating (which MAY only be needed for 3 months of winter) and an enclosed courtyard that is a real suntrap and great for barbecues.
The living area has leather lounges and a large screen tv with surround sound, DVD and satellite as well as free to air tv. The modern kitchen has all European appliances and is a dream to cook in.
