Our home is a spacious three bedroom apartment (156 sq. M of living area) on two levels, situated in Cammeray, a suburb of Sydney. It is two years old and is in a block of 12 and is on the top floor (2nd floor) and serviced by a lift from the basement security car park. The living area is open plan with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom , living dining and kitchen on one floor with another very large bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The unit is airconditioned and centrally heated. The upstairs bathroom has a spa bath and separate shower. There is a protected balcony , where we barbeque, off the living areas, overlooking a leafy street and facing north to catch optimum sun.
