Our penthouse apartment is 250sq m and covers the entire top level (3rd floor) . There is an additional 170sq m exclusive rooftop area complete with spa (hot tub) and an all-weather BBQ. There are only three apartments (one per floor) in our complex - this makes each apartment very quiet and private. Many people have told us they are the most luxurious and best positioned apartments on the entire Sunshine Coast.
Our main living room features a 4m x 3m picture window looking straight at the surf beach and the Pacific Ocean. There are 3 large balconies, off all main rooms and each one has ocean views. There are 3 bedrooms plus an extra alcove room which has a sofa bed. One bedroom however has been converted to a home office.
