Two bedroom, two bathroom 150 sq. m. apartment in resort complex. Beautiful ocean views. Apartment has double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has two single beds plus rollaway. Fold out queen-size bed in lounge. Separate second bathroom and toilet. Both bedrooms look on to a forested hillside. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Complex has heated pools and outside spa, internal sauna and spa, gymnasium, tennis court and restaurant.
Magnificent white sand surf beach in front and calm river estuary 250 metres away. We are arranging exchanges outside the local school holidays and at these times the resort is quiet and peaceful.
The apartment is in the "Rocks Resort" building on Currumbin beach which is in the middle of Queensland's Gold Coast, Australia's favourite holiday destination. Currumbin is about half way between busy Surfer's Paradise and Coolangatta which are at each end of the Gold Coast and are about 20 kilometres apart. Currumbin beach is off the highway and is a quiet area. The road in front is a quiet local access road.
