The complex has a 30 meter heated swimming pool and spa, barbeques, tennis court, a basketball hoop, games room and large grounds, The unit has been refurbished with a modern kitchen with dishwasher and a bright colour scheme. The complex is close to the Sunshine Coast airport but away from the flight path and is very quiet with excellent beaches.
