The master bedroom and two other rooms have views of the ocean so you can check out the water without leaving the house.
The house is on "castle hill road" which means you can enjoy a morning/afternoon walk to spectacular views of the pacific ocean and the surrounding area.
Our home would be comfortable for a family of 4 or 5.
