Our home is currently set up as a family home for four and the remainder operates as a Bed and Breakfast which can accommodate up to five people. The house itself is single level and the architecture is a mix of Victorian and art-deco styles. We are located in Elsternwick which is a suburb south east of Melbourne. The whole property was renovated in 2003-04 and now has a contemporary and more functional interior that does respect the character of the era the house was built in. A private rear garden with pool was part of the renovation. We are located a short 3-5 minute walk from a popular shopping and restaurant precinct which also has a cinema complex and a choice of train, tram or bus to travel beyond our suburb.
