Our home is single storey built in a parkland setting with low maintenance fully reticulated gardens.
The house has three large double bedrooms two with queen sized double beds and one with two single beds, all have "walk in" wardrobes The home has spacious living areas which include a lounge, dining room, family room, games room with a pool table, piano and a bar fridge. There is also a large study with a modern computer with broadband connection and all the necessary attachments. The kitchen is gas and electric with built in oven, cook top, microwave, fridge/freezer and many modern appliances. The laundry has an automatic washer and a drier. Also available are two colour TV's, VCR, DVD and CD player. The house has ducted air conditioning and gas heating.
