 Kingfisher Cove

Kingfisher Cove is a 3.5 acre private oceanfront property located on the north end of South Pender Island on Ainslie Point Road. Our property faces Bedwell Harbour and shares a border with Beaumont Marine Park which is now part of the Southern Gulf Islands National Park. The property is forested and very private. We have an excellent dock and moorage. Catch fresh crab off the dock!
The cottage is the only residence on the property and so you have all 3.5 acres to yourself! The main floor of the cottage is approximately 600 square feet and this year we have also opened the lower level up for guests and it is a similar size. There is also the sleeping loft of about 120 square feet and there are two very large decks, one off the lower level and one of the main level. There is a queen size bed in the sleeping loft and another in the lower level. The sofa on the main floor opens into a queen size fouton bed that is very comfortable.
The majority of bookings are for a week or longer but we also accept minimum stay bookings of 5 nights if they can be accommodated within our schedule. For couples or other parties of 2 who feel they can manage with the main floor and the sleeping loft, ask for a discount. In this case, the lower level will be locked.
