The house is a large 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom with all modern conveniences and is situated on a 2.5 acre lot with wonderful panoramic views of Georgia Strait, Winchelsea Islands and BC mainland mountains. Live in rural Lantzville but be only minutes from Nanaimo with all the shopping and cultural amenities of a city. Our home is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has an eating area. Master bedroom has a large ensuite. The two downstairs bedrooms share a full bath. There is a dining and living room with panoramic views. The den/TV/office has two computers on high speed hook up. In the rec room is a large screen TV as well as a bar, fooze ball and air hockey. Relax on the patio and watch eagles, rabbits, bunnies.
