Our home is 500m in West Vancouver (used to be owned by James Clavell, the author) on the ocean (private beachfront) - very scenic - spectacular views of mountains - one hour drive to Whistler ski resort. It is 50 years old and very comfortable. We have 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, hot tub, sauna, very large swimming pool, boats, windsurfers, 3 cars, motorcycles, etc. . . half hour drive from downtown Vancouver and minutes from parks, shopping, and restaurants. Great for families. Large acoustically designed living room with Grand Piano. Large recreation room with pool table, bar, musical instruments. TV room with large-screen projection TV.
We live in a spectacular resort area near the village of Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver.
