This is truly a family home with 5 bedrooms [ The master bedroom is on the top level with a large balcony overlooking the waters at Presquille on Georgian Bay. The main floor is open concept with Kitchen and Living room . Adjacent are 2 bedrooms . The lower level features a large screen TV room and a studio as well as 2 bedrooms . [ one with bunk-beds] . The home would comfortably sleep 8 with lots of privacy . The shoreline is not sand but flat ledges of rock that drop of in 20-30 cm increments . The water is extremly clear ; we do have a dock and canoe and a large Gazebo adjacent to the shore. Our location is 12 km north of Owen Sound [ pop 21000 , cultural capital of Canada ] and we are 1 hour from Tobermory at the tip of the Bruce Penisula which features "Phathon Five National Park".
