Our home is set in a lovely, quiet and residential downtown neighbourhood. It is a very well maintained 75 years old home updated with all modern technology. The house is approximately 3,500 square feet with a fair size private backyard.
Our home is air conditioned and include a 2005 (just finished) bright kitchen with all newer appliances (including dishwasher of course! ) . Near the kitchen is a spacious breakfast area, overlooking our backyard.
The second floor includes 4 bedrooms (master with ensuite) and 2 bathrooms. On the third floor there is an additional bathroom with a small bedroom used as an office (24/7 high speed internet connection plus wireless network throughout the house are available as well).
