Our modern townhome has 2 bedrooms, 2. 5 bathrooms. The living area is quite spacious with fully equiped eat-in kitchen including a 2-door fridge with exterior water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, ceramic top range and microwave. There are patio doors from the eating area opening to a deck with handy propane BBQ. The diningroom comfortably sits 6. and is open to the step-down livingroom with fireplace. Here there is another set of patio doors opening unto a deck with steps to our perennial garden. There is a 2-piece powder room on this level. The 2nd level has a master suite with queen size bed and full ensuite bath. The guest bedroom also has a queen size bed and a full bath ensuite.
A charming rural community, Osgoode Village offers a wealth of services to both residents and visitors. The Village continues to thrive with a tea room, restaurant, bakery, gift and antiques shops, wool shop, garden nursery, orchards, riding stable, health centre and many other unique businesses. One of our favourite nearby villages is Manotick.
