Walk to all activities if you like. Fishing is great; sandy beach is safe and clean; sit on the balcony after a late BBQ or fondue, and be mesmerized by the stars in the clear mountain air. Watch the kids take their ski lessons from the balcony.
Auto exchange is possible with proper insurance coverage. Pets can be accepted but you are fully responsible for them in and out. Only a short drive from all the nation's capital's attractions: museums, parliament, National Art Centre, Casino, Indian village, etc Smoking on outside balcony only.
