Brand new house, very comfortable with large kitchen, outdoor dining patio, breakfast counter, huge picture windows with a wonderful valley view. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths plus another separate 1 bedroom one bath cottage. Hiking trails in our cloud forest reserve, complete with waterfall. Use of one of several cars, 2 bikes, cellular phone, free high speed WiFi Internet in our store in town.
DirectTV satellite programming,TV with DVD. Very fresh climate at 3000 feet (1000 meter) elevation. One hour from the ocean, 1 hour from the airport, 1. 5 hours from Volcan Arenal, canopy tours and horseback riding nearby. We have another home nearby, so exchanges do not have to be simultaneous. We have several 4 WD vehicles, any of which can be made available during the use of the house.
