Beautiful 3000 square foot ocean front home not counting the 1000 square foot deck. Gorgeous ocean views from every room. Our home has a fully equipped one a/c bedroom apartment below, two large a/c bedrooms with large family room and fully equipped kitchen plus loft with a futon and private balcony looking out on the caribbean. Back porch with large BBQ. Master Bedroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi.
Our home fronts on the caribbean ocean and offers excellent snorkeling right out the front door. Coral gardens, bountiful fish and lobster may be seen. We are located on a sparsely populated cove about 1 kilometer from the edge of town. Utila is a caribbean island known for it's numerous whale sharks (they eat plankton, not people) and its economical scuba diving schools.
