This is a beautiful contemporary beachfront villa, turnkey ready for an unforgettable vacation. The home is wonderfully decorated, including excellent artwork. It is surrounded by 280 degrees of mountains with Todo Santos Island directly in front. The front of the house faces famous Punta Estero, a natural bird estuary and lagoon. The patio of approximately 1500 square feet sits on the sands of the Pacific.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, entryway, upstairs deck and wetbar, washer and dryer. A full length skylight runs down the center of the house providing lots of light. There are 5 sets of sliding doors that open to an airy beach experience. The master bedroom has an oversized jacuzzi facing the ocean and the bedroom fireplace. King size bed and chaise lounge. The middle bedroom has two queen size beds. The front bedroom has a convertible queen size sofa. The living room has the main fireplace and an over-sized sectional couch of 13X9 feet for lots of comfortable living.
