The apartment is located on the most beautiful beach of CANCUN at the Hotel Zone; close to Club Med, 5 minutes away from major restaurants, shopping and entertainment centers and, 15 minutes away from the airport.
This is my second home thus furniture is appropriate for any home exchanger to be comfortable and independent. It has ocean view, 2 double beds, Air conditioning, TV satellite, phone, bathroom and kitchenette setup with cooking amenities, therefore, offering great savings on restaurants. The apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 persons maximum. The only restriction is: Pets are not allowed. It could also be rented out on a daily or weekly basis. Long term exchange are also possible. The complex has a large swimming pool with lounges and a separate one for children, both overlooking the ocean, palapa-bar, coffee-snack, laundry facilities and a Deli-store with beverage and all type of basic supplies.
