The beautiful farmhouse is located at a sunny, southern hillside at 1000 m altitude and has a wonderful view at the surrounding mountain tops. An asphalted road will lead you directly to the house, in the winter however snow chains are required.
The furnishing of the house is rusty and unpretentious , but comfortable and snugly, each room has its own restroom with a toilet and a shower.
The house is heated with a central lumber radiator, which also heats the water. The living room has an additional possibility of heating with a tiled stove. The reading room can also be used for parlour games and offers the opportunity to engross into a relaxing book..
