Hedwig teaches German as a foreign language in nearby Bratislava, she loves gardening and cooking and does a lot of it when she's got time for. Lorenz taught Latin and Greek for more than 30 years. Since he has retired he prefers to read and write and have endless talks with some ex students and the people of the critical journal he works for. Our adult sons also live in Vienna and so does our sunshine, our grandson Victor.

After having taught German and French in Vienna for 18 years she now is teacher at a "Commercial Academy" in Bratislava, Slovakia. The district is central, there is plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood and you may walk to the very city within ten minutes, a quarter of an hour. We've got bikes which are the ideal means of traffic for looking around the center and for having a trip to the banks, the Isle and the meadows of river Danube.
