 Elegant Family House

Our home is a large family house in the northern part of the city of Graz , set on the slopes of the surrounding mountains, overlooking the city. The three storey house of about 200 m² has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and will comfortably sleep 4 people. There is a lounge and dining room open to a modern and fully equipped kitchen. From the dining room you get out onto a large terrace with a barbecue area where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun and have barbecue at sunset.
The house is elegantly equipped, with wooden floors throughout all rooms, an elegant open staircase to the bedroom area and marble floors in the large hall area. The furniture is a mixture of antique and modern style. Our pride is the cosy fireplace in the dining room which is perfect for quiet winter evenings.
