Our house is airconditioned and consists of two levels: Entrance, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, WC, bedroom. A french door leads from the living room to the 40 square metres terrace overlooking the lake. Great dining and relaxing on the terrace.
From the yard one enters two sunny rooms, also a big storage and a small room with a washing machine and clothes dryer. The best of all worlds, lovely, quiet and airconditioned lakefront home with a big terrace and yard, near Vienna's beautiful sights, restaurants and countryside, yet easily commutable to central Vienna. We are two adults and semi-retire in 2008. We prefer to exchange with two adults. When semi-retiring we hope to have a lot of time for travelling and want to see many interesting places. NON SIMULTANEOUS exchange offers from everywhere are welcome. Our hobbies are travelling and duplicate bridge. We are experienced exchangers and have excellent references. We take good care of your home and your belongings.
