 Simple But Cozy Home

The house is a simple but cozy, romantic Austrian chalet in a wine-growing area in the foothills of the Alps with a mountain view. Parts of it are 400 years old. It is surrounded by a garden with old fir-trees. There is a covered porch with deck furniture and barbecue. In the adjacent paddock there are our pets, 3 llamas, which are taken care of by the neighbors. Our visitors are asked to smoke only outdoors because it is a historic home.
The surroundings hiking in the woods and cycling is possible right from the house. A rustic restaurant is within walking distance. Within minutes you find horseback riding, a fitness center, tennis court, grocery shopping, restaurants and cafés. A 20 minutes' drive will take you to the biggest mall in the area.
