This is a rooftop apartment in a Viennese patrician house. The garden seperates two apartments, the bigger of which has two bedrooms and dressing rooms, a large living room with 20' ceiling, a dining room, library, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Children are welcome in this apartment as we have one of the rooms as our 8 year old's bedroom.The smaller apartment has a music studio with a six foot Steinway, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. This is a totally separate unit so that friends can be there completely undisturbed. From the terrace you have a view of the Karlskirche and the Stephansdom.
The apartment is 10 minutes walk or 3 minute subway ride from the Opera, the Musikverein, Konzerthaus and downtown Vienna. The building has an elevator but there is a one floor walk up at the top. We have a wonderful and trusted maid- nanny of many years who will be available to you daily if you wish.
