Our house is a nice and sunny home, 40 years old and completely renovated in 2003. Full of character but modern at the same time - a two level building of 190 square meters with tiled and hard-timbered floors.
On the sunny south side we have a huge porch, where you can enjoy your meals in summer. On the first floor you will find a spacious kitchen with all facilities you need. The dining room, which is a part of the kitchen is a kind of sun-flooded wintergarden. Additionally to the underfloor heating, our cosy living room can be heated with a open fire place.
In summer you can enjoy a huge 1200 qm garden with lots of flowers, berries, kitchen herbs and small fish pond. Children can play with our own soccer goal or in the sand grid in our huge backyard. Sure you also find a barbeque grill terrace and some deck-chairs.
