As my girlfriend and I are moving to London for 10 months in September, we are looking for someone who is interested in an apartment swap:
Our Berlin (Kreuzberg) for your (East) London.
Our beautiful 3 BR apartment with 75m² is right in the heart of popular Kreuzberg and has lots to offer:
• 5 min walk to train station: Görlitzer Bahnhof
• 10 min walk to train station: Kottbusser Tor
• Quiet, tree lined street
• Located opposite Görlitzer Park
• 2 min walk to the Spree river
• 5 min walk to large Supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, etc.)
• Surrounded by great bars and cafes (all walking distance)
• Completely renovated 12 months ago
• Lots of natural sunlight
• Wooden floorboards
• High ceilings
• Bathroom with bath
We can offer the apartment completely or only partly furnished, a swap for the whole time or a swap for three months or more – whatever is preferred.
We are looking for an apartment in East London. Our preferred areas are: Hackney, Islington, Highbury,...everything in close distance to those is also fine.
