Our town is a well known resort-spa town about 20 miles south of Heidelberg-in southern Germany. The town has an excellent and well known thermal bath and spa area and heated indoor and outdoor pools. Close to autobahn exits on A5 german-Autobahn. -Railroad station also 5 min from house ( Heidelberg-Karlsruhe main track ) . House is a priv. 2 story house with large living room and covered patio out towards a very private garden. Very nice interior furniture. Trees and pond and flowers. Neighborhood is quiet, mostly people around their 50-60´s, shopping is 4 min. walking distance. Many famous cities and towns easily reachable. The famous SAP golf course of St. Leon-Rot about 10 min. drive. Northern Black forest about 1 hrs. drive away-for example the city of baden baden. The dome of Speyer about 30 minutes away, Mannheim 25 minutes distance.
