The independent charming house is in a peaceful place in the historical centre of Sinalunga, a small village in the Senese district.
It’s a sighting medieval tower ( 1300 d.C.) restored in 2001 and equipped with all the modern comforts, even maintaining the typical characteristics of the old construction like the two rooms with hexagonal shape and the one with round shape.
A working fireplace, the old furniture, the wooden beamed ceiling accurately restored and the thick and irregular walls which keep the house fresh in summer and warm in winter, together with the beauty of the surrounding places, give the hosts a pleasant stay in this house in any day of the year.
It can accommodate three people and consists of a living room with fireplace and TV SAT; a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, plan baking, electrical oven and dish-washer; a bedroom with a double bed ( it is possible a supplementary bed ) and wardrobe box; a sitting room with arm-chairs and sofa-bed; a comfortable bathroom with shower and hair-drier. Besides the house is equipped with a independent heating and a washing machine.
