We live in the USA but maintain a second home in Budapest that we resnt to guests on a nightly basis. Please visit the full description at http://bvr.hu. It is 90 square meters/900 square feet, and can be divided into two smaller efficiency apartments, each with its own bath, entry, kitchen and sleeping loft. Because it is a second home, we can make it available any timne that it has not already been booked. As an exchange, however, we would need to be able to use your place during our vacation times (July, August, Christmas-January 15, Easter, part of May). The pictures really describe it best. Apartment is air conditioned and has open access Wi-Fi internet as well as cable tv, and iPod speakers/dock. This is the very center of the very center of Budapest, surrounded by restaurants, sights, shops, history and 5-star hotels.
