How much does it cost to list my home exchange?

What exactly is the cost of signing up and listing my homeswap, including all reoccurring and / or hidden costs?

How much does it cost to list my home exchange?

It costs $169.00 USD to sign up and become a member and list your home exchange. It costs this much even if you only want to become a member to take advantage of our money-making affiliate program.

This is a one-time-only fee, and it allows you to keep your home listing maintained on this website for the duration of the life span of this HomeWelcome website. This fee also allows you to take advantage of our affiliate money-making system, and continue to earn money from it for as long as this website remains live and online.

Of the $169.00 USD you pay in membership fees, 90% of it, or $150.00 USD, is given directly back to our members for their work in helping to bring new members to this website.

Even when a new member finds this website through Yahoo or Google, we then select a member at random and give that person the credit and money for having brought them in. So even if you are not active in recruiting new members, you will still earn money from the run-rate business of the HomeWelcome website.

More Specifically:

a.) For each person who signs up as a result of you having referred them, you earn $30. We provide you with a custom URL such as [http:www.homewelcome.com/?id=XXX]. Where XXX is your membership ID number. When you use this url on e-mails or other websites, or business cards, etc.. and people visit this website and sign up to become a member, YOU get credit for having referred them and earn $30 USD.

b.) When a person you refer, refers a new member, you get paid another $30. And when that person refers someone, you get another $30. This happens for up to 6 levels deep. c.) The most compelling part about this whole structure is that YOU DO NOT NEED TO ACTIVELY REFER NEW MEMBERS in order to make money. HomeWelcome is a private members-only club. Therefore, all of the organic traffic we get from Google or Yahoo can NOT sign up and become a member without first having been referred by an existing member.

We don't turn them away, instead, we simply select an existing member at random and assign that person as their referral. To see how this works, simply go to our Sign Up page. If you were not already referred, then each time you refresh the page, you will see that it selects a an existing member at random, and assigns that person to you as your referrer.
