Home Exchanging is super simple, there are basically three steps to the process. They are as follows:

1. Browse throught the HomeWelcome international listings.

2. When you find a home that you like, fill out and SUBMIT the CONTACT form at the bottom of the listing.

3. A secure email will be sent to the home owner indicating your interest in exchanging homes.

From that point, the member whose home you just expressed interest in, will be able to view details of your home through the HomeWelcome website. If they are interested in exchanging with you, they will contact you and indicate so.

Then it's just a matter of logistics and the two of you working out a timeframe for taking holiday at the same time, or working out a schedule for offsetting swap dates.

Keep in mind, once you home property is listed on HomeWelcome.com, you will then start getting inquiries from around the world of people who want to swap with you.
