The house is roomy 2 living areas ensuite main bedroom.The lounge and dining has large doors opening onto a paved outside pergola area which has a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs.The garden and pool is very relaxing. A quiet safe rural/residential area on the fringe of the city but only a few minutes to city centre and the beach.Tauranga is a pleasant fast growing city of 100,000 with a temperate climate.It is centrally located ideal for day trips to an extensive area including Rotorua and Coromandel. Joe and Jean are recently retired. We owned an avocado/citrus orchard and grew flowers for export.We have 3 grown children(and 6 grandchildren).Our son lives locally and can assist if necessary. Our interests are gardening,fishing and bridge.We have a birman cat that does not mind going to the cattery if you dont like cats.
