We have no blinds etc as we have no neighbours, but the House is solar heated and has 7 metre high windows on 3 sides of the house to catch the north facing aspect. Single Story of 4 double Bedrooms situated in country aspect on over 1 acre of land surrounded by native bush and paddocks, yet 10 minute walk to nearest town of Taradale. Master bedroom with ensuite which leads to 20 metre heated ingound lap pool that also encompasses a 6m by 5 m deep end and beach area for children or loafing.
The house is in a "lifestyle block of houses" which means there is very little car traffic, with the house some 50metres from the road During the summer, we have most of our meals outside on the large 60m2 deck surrounding the lap pool.
