Home is nestled up a drive looking over the treetops thirty second walk from Titirangi Beach. 25 minute drive to Auckland City via main Titirangi Road and North Western Motorway. We have one Neighbour and run to the window if we hear a door slam or a distant voice. Wake up to sounds of indiginous birds who sit in the 80 year old protected Kauri Trees that are classic Titirangi. The house has the Master Bedroom on the top floor with ensuite, balcony (garden views) and joint - lounge, office, home theatre and upstairs balcony with ocean views.
Downstairs, we have a guest bedroom (Queen Size Bed) children's room (2x singles) and spare room with Fouton. The kitchen has sea views as well, adjoins the dining room which adjoins the Lounge which adjoins a sitting area with bifold doors to the front deck with sea views. It sounds confusing but there are no walls just open spaces and a woodstove in the middle for those cold 5C winters.
