Howick two level house. Magnificent sea views which include nearby beach, Rangitoto a dormant volcano in the middle distance and distant views of up to 50 miles. The area boasts a number of different restaurants. The nearby neighbours are friendly and tend to have been here for many years, nobody moves from such a nice spot.
Sheree and Colin are empty nesters. We have lived here for ten years. Colin is a retired Engineer and Sheree is a Contract Accountant who works part time to pay for our next holiday. Our interests include Golf, Bridge, Walking, Reading, Travel and, to a lesser extent these days, Skin Diving. Our own home is in good clean condition and we can assure you this is our standard at all times. We are looking forward to our future house swaps. Nearby we have relatives who can assist should you need help.
