New modern house right on the beach. Extensive sea views. Excellent facilities, courtyard with barbeque, and lovely furniture. Garage and car available. Wonderful adventure and sporting facilities nearby in a friendly community - golf links course, tennis, fishing both trout and sea, walking, skiing only three hours away in winter, and New Zealand's biggest city Auckland only 3. 5hrs away. Pretty town only 7km away with modern shopping and super markets. Good medical facilities, churches, aquatic centre. Local village has shops, churches, medical centre. Ohope is a warm and friendly seaside community known for being the sunniest place in New Zealand with over 2200 hours sunshine per year. We enjoy moderate temperatures all year round though and even in the winter enjoy average day highs of up to 15 degrees centigrade. In the summer we lounge in temperatures averaging 24 to 29 degrees centigrade.
