New in 2006 home within 5 minutes walking distance of Blenheim town centre. House comprises 3 double bedrooms kitchen/ dining-room/living-room. Master bedroom is en-suite. Heat pump for heat in winter and cooling in the summer.The house is new and is built for low maintenance.Blenheim is the main town in the Marlborough Region, where the main industry is wine making. Blenheim itself is a fairly quiet place but has many attractions nearby. The sea and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds are about 20 minutes drive away. Swimming with dolphins is available at Kaikoura about 1½ hours drive away.
There are about 30 vineyards nearby to visit and sample, many of which have restuarants attached. You choose from cheap and cheerful to fine-dining! Short walks in the local hills are possible, as is mountain biking, boating, and diving. We are about 5 minutes walk from the local sports centre, and 15 minutes drive from the small local airport.
