Our 5 year old home won a major NZ architectural design award. It is built on 3 levels on a hillside with 180 degree views across Napier's inner harbour and beach to the hills beyond. It has drive-on flat access, 4 minutes drive to the city centre or 15 minutes walk. From the entrance hall/garage/study area there is lift to the main floor with a large open plan dining/living/kitchen area surrounded by a terrace equipped with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ. On the same floor is the master bedroom with sea views, en suite bathroom, and walk-in wardrobe, plus full laundry and additional toilet for guests.
On the 3rd level there are two double bedrooms, with a shared bathroom.Napier city has developed as the Art Deco Capital of the World and is now one of the top visitor destinations in NZ. Situated on the waterfront, it boasts some of the finest dining in the country, and has extensive boardwalks for walking and cycling.
