We have a beautiful 5 bedroom English style character home in Mission Bay with sea views. We are the first street back from Mission Bay beach. Our unique position means that we enjoy very close proximity to the beach, cafe's, cinema. Mission Bay's splendid beach, the promenade and park are just perfect for rollerblading, jogging, volleyball, soccer, frisbee tossing and a variety of other pursuits. The beach is safe for swimming. Sailing and kayaking are also popular. Rollerblades, bicycles, sailboards and small catamarans are available for hire during the summer months. The unmistakeable shape of Rangitoto Island, a dormant volcano and nature reserve, stands sentinel between the Waitemata Harbour and the Hauraki Gulf. Beyond that stretches a cluster of delightful islands such as Waiheke, where many Aucklanders escape for their holidays and Motuihe, which is popular with day trippers.
