Our holiday home is at Okawa Bay, Mourea, on the edge of Lake Rotoiti, close to Rotorua. It has simply the most incredible view over the lake and surrounding hills. It is on two levels with upstairs comprising very large planliving/dining/kitchen area with high quality furniture, plus the master bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom. Lounge has gas fire, stereo, TV, Video and lots of books and games, and Kitchen has stove, microwave, and fridge/freezer, as well as usual minor appliances. Dining table seats eight.
Both Living area and upstairs bedroom have floor to ceiling, wall to wall glass so that you can watch the sun rise over the lake and hills from your bed, and both open through sliding doors onto a large patio deck with outdoor furniturDownstairs there are three further bedrooms and the main bathroom Bathroom plus main large downstairs bedroom look out over lake.
