Californian Bungalow dating from the 1920's but extensively renovated throughout. House is on one level with a very large living / dining area, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, office, and separate garage. We have a beautiful garden and outdoor living area. The garden is particularly colourful in the spring time around October / November with lots of roses, wisteria, rhododendrons and cherry blossom. In winter, there are 2 cosy logburners to heat the house and a night store heater. There are 2 tv's available, one with video the other with dvd. Also 2 stereos with an extensive range of music - albums and cds. Plenty of books and board games. There is a computer with internet connection and fax. Outside, there is a large children's playhouse and sandpit with numerous things for the kids to play with - bikes, basketball. There are also 2 adult bikes available for use - the local area is very flat.
