Our home is located in a sheltered but sunny valley surrounded by trees. It overlooks a tennis and bowling club. It has four bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite. The others share a separate bathroom, shower and toilet. There is also a separate laundry. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer-fridge.
We live in Cashmere, a hill suburb to the south of Christchurch. The city centre is about a 15 minutes drive away and the beaches at Sumner are about 20 minutes away. Christchurch is very pleasant place to live and is known as "the garden city" and has a large botanical garden at Hagley Park near the city centre. There are several beaches on the eastern side of the city.
