Our home is on the Kapiti Coast foreshore and we have all the advantages of the casual lifestyle of a seaside suburb while being a commuter train ride from the shopping, music and theatre of the capital city. We can comfortably accommodate one or two couples. Golf on a prestigious links course, swimming, surfing, beachwalks are all at the doorstep.Along the coast road to the north of us is Paraparaumu village and to the south Raumati and the foreshore reserve of Queen Elizabeth Park.
Bikes are available, but walking distances are not great and the beach is always beautiful. From our windows we look across the sea to Kapiti Island, a renowned stronghold of Maoridom. The climate is milder than Wellington city itself.
