You are only required to do steps #1 and #2. Steps 3-6 are your "network effect".

How do I bring in new members?

Once you become a member, we give you a unique URL such as this:

To bring in new members, simply use your unique URL on your own personal website, as part of your email signatures, on your social network profile, in blogs, blog comments postings, forums, discussion groups, free ad sites like Craigslist.org, on business cards, fliers you post around town, airplane banners, hot air balloons, etc... you get the picture.

But most website visitors don't sign up right away?

Correct. We recognize this. So, when someone enters the HomeWelcome website after having clicked your URL link, we put a cookie on their computer to remember that you were responsible for bringing them into the website.

If / when they eventually come back to HomeWelcome and sign up to become a member, you get the credit (and money) for having referred them. Even if they don't come back until 1 YEAR later.
