This cozy and comfy apartment located in San Telmo, just across Lezama Park in an old building, has been newly remodeled and you can use it anytime of the year, when available. Used as a second home, it is completely equipped for up to 5 people, with cable/TV and telephone. One bedroom with full size bed, one queen size futton and sofa in the living room. The kitchen is totally equipped for up to 6 people, with toaster, coffemaker, microwave and frige/freezer, but with the great food and low prices you'll find in Buenos Aires, we are sure you will eat out most of the time. Two newly installed ceiling fans and heaters in the bedroom and livingroom. The place is cool in Summer and warm in Winter. One mile from "calle Florida" and "calle Corrientes", as well as Teatro Colon, Plaza de Mayo and the "Casa Rosada". We also have a beautiful apartment for rent or exchange in Punta del Este, Uruguay.
