Our condo is situated in Praia Brava, up north of the island of Florianópolis. It is a small beach, considered one of the nicest in town. It has lots of great condominiums, all of them by the sea. The beach is very safe, where people go to party and/or rest. It is a 30-minute drive from Praia Brava to downtown Florianópolis. There are bus services available.
The beach is good for surfing and swimming, the sea is very clear with warm water during summertime. It is also a very good place to jog or to take a walk by the sea enjoying the wonderful view. During summertime it is one of the most popular beaches in Florianópolis, where young people go to meet friends and to see beautiful people.
