Owner is seeking a Thai business partner to fully manage and operate the Rogue Lounge, a FREE wireless internet lounge serving up urban beats and unique eats opening soon.
The lounge is approximately 60% completed. Once a Thai business partner is established, the owner will fund the renovation to completion and all costs needed to get the business running in a self sufficient manner.
The Interior will be refurbished entirely in large sofas with big pillows. Exterior will have plenty of plants and trees and outdoor seating also. The bar and kitchen area will be upgraded and made very clean and modern.
